At Dubarry of Ireland, we are committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all authentic tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your online account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and print your authorization form.

  Securely Pack Items

  Place the items in their original Dubarry packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed via email.
